Stop being a victim of your own stories.

There isn't much to say rather than to accept defeat and move the fu*k on. I mean, being a victim to your own stories is like the story of the crying wolf. You want attention, and you want people always to ask what is wrong even though you know you will answer: "Nothing, I'm okay." Sorry, not sorry, for what I am about to say, but grow up. Even if you are a teenager or an adult, you have to accept responsibility, admit you did something wrong, and, well, recognize it. No one will learn for you, so you should start learning for yourself, from your own experiences, from your observations. However, you should consider other points of view, so you aren't precisely close-minded.

You have to realize what reality you are living, if it is the one invented in your head - let's call it a fantasy -, or the one that you are living - let's call it a reality. Even if you love it, our fantasy may include our dreams, expectations, ideals, people's good side, or even the place we are taken when we are day-dreaming. On the other hand, our reality is things that are harder to accept; it's the truth. The truth can be hurtful and can lead to us not wanting to face it because it is a lot easier to live a dream filled with constant joy rather than a brief agonizing moment that will eventually pass-by as if it were wind. However, some people may stay stuck in a fantasy life that may lead to a false reality, and that will eventually be a cause of believing your lies. Because by the end of the day, dreams are expectations and sometimes non-realistic goals and simply wandering in our heads and not making a proactive action towards fulfilling those dreams. But those dreams can come true if you are realistic about them, meaning that you take those dreams and put effort towards them.
